Last year, it was the Gateway of India. This year it is Juhu. Both times Mumbai, considered to be the safest city in the country for women. I am not sure what shocks me more - the incident or the police chief's remarks: "Such things happen. Don't blow them out of proportion."

amazing isnt it? It doesnt cease to shock me - everyday - crime against women in India. the statistics are harrowing. Its shameful.
